Bio: I am 36 years old and this time last year I weighed 290lbs. I was unhappy with my weight and overall health. So on May 1, 2013 I started the Paleo diet and began training for a 5k. As of May 1, 2014 I have completed two 5k's, started to do Crossfit and have lost a total of 100lbs. My journey is far from over and this blog is intended to help me and other muddle through the weight loss struggle as well as chronicle my adventures in cooking, Crossfit and life.
